Clip Studio Paint

I'm teaching myself a new (to me) piece of software called Clip Studio Paint. For years I have seen people rave about this very affordable program and I'm joining that crowd. It's so easy to get up and running and make a decent looking picture. Here's my first real picture that I did in an afternoon. It's by no means a masterpiece, but it was enough to get up to speed on all the basic features and get a little confidence.

I feel like I'm old enough that I should know how to paint digitally, but it never ends up looking right to me.

Thank you! I was truly surprised by how easy it was to get up and running. CSP feels like more powerful and simple than PhotoShop somehow :-D

I started on the picture of Peaches. I decided to go with the sitting on the ladder pose :-)

I like CSP's interface a lot more than Photoshop for sure. Like one of my scared birds in the dark, I ran back to Photoshop (for now). I can't wait to see more CSP stuff from you!

Awesome! The ladder one is my favorite :) I also started on Muffin's illustration. Muffin's Facebook page is so cute! I really like the commissioned oil portrait, very life like.
