Budgie Circus!

This video takes a while to get going, and doesn't have the best composition, but I absolutely love the budgie swing and ferris wheel. This is the first time I have watched the video full screen, and was a little sad to see that their wings were clipped...but they they seem to be having so much fun!

I thought the whole thing was excellent. No complaints. I love the movie Bill and Coo because it's about budgies and love birds all trained this way.

I love Bill and Coo! I think it was one of the first thing I looked up on YouTube. I had read about it back in BirdTalk twenty years ago!

I'm surprised the budges are so comfortable on the ferris wheel despite having to continually shift their feet. I like how the green budgie on the slides near the start refuses to go until the white one follows him/her. And on the trains, I think one of the green budgies is an English budgie, it's a bit bigger and has a more puffy forehead and throat.

Yes, that surprised me too about how they had to balance. Budgies like "safe thrills", so it must be just exciting enough for them. I watched it again and the swing ride actually goes pretty fast!
