Festive Christmas Salad

This recipe from Chatelaine was perfect to try my new knives out on! Are they ever awesome. It's so nice to just have a knife that's sharp and works. I nicked my thumb too because I was expecting them to slide through cucumber like butter! I halved this recipe and there were still three good servings, which I made for lunch this week. I left out the olives and onions - but the rest went together well.
