she wants books on this subject. seriously, you can't make this shit up. by the time i finished up with the patron on the phone, the lady had wandered off. i never got clarification what this was for. was she looking for information on animals that do this? maybe her dog was eating its own poop and she was trying to figure out how to get it to stop? who knows...

she did come back up to the desk much later, plop down an issue of People magazine on the desk that had Kate Middleton on the cover and ask if i went to the royal wedding.

*sigh* at this job, i constantly feel like i'm being pranked, but nobody ever pops out with cameras and ends the misery.
