Happy new year, have a cold!

I can't believe the first two weeks of the new year have been spent sick. We took Mom to the German import store and restaurant for her birthday and funnily enough, three of the four of us came down with something, me being the worst. Hubs escaped. It was pretty wicked, whatever it was and I originally thought my sore throat was due to acid reflux from eating too much delicious German food, hah! Whatever was up in my sinuses was getting pretty comfy in there until I got a hold of some NyQuil.

Oh well...this wil be a better week and I'm just finally catching up on chores.
