First off, I'm behind on my email and f-list, so I apologize in advance! I have been meaning to send this picture to an LJ friend for ages, but I thought others might find it interesting. Ever wonder why our messages are not heard or understood sometimes? This diagram explains the why of it. It all depends on how the message is encoded, decoded and interrupted by noise.

It is! The potential for misunderstanding is pretty clear :-D We do a communications session every month. I have to post about that later as well, the last session was really good. Maybe we should stick to grunts and squeaks!
