The wind packed a foot of snow on our doorstep last night, and I just went out to shovel for a second time this morning. I forgot how five years ago (to the week) when we first moved into our house and got hammered by snow. The only shovel we could find was a garden shovel, since snow shovels were out of season. Maybe it's a five year cycle! Soooo not going to school today!

Two day craft fair thing this weekend at the community hall down the block from me. More than 50% of the vendors were no shows. I didn't make even the table cost today :D Thinking I'll go back anyways tomorrow and just demo and chat with the vendors and stuff but sheesh, storm of the century on my sale days. No fair.

It wears on you after a while :-D It snowed again last night after the sun came out and melted a fair bit. You'd be pretty happy in Vancouver, although Vancouver would be too rainy for me.

Phil wanted to move to canada, he backpacked around canada for 3 months a few years back and he loved it.
