I switched to eating whole foods only (as you know) and recently I have discovered the joy of eating whole fat yogurts such as Liberte Mediterranea, and also Vital Green Farms whole yogurt (more expensive but the ranch is in Picture Butte, AB). You can get Vital Green Farm products at Community Natural Foods or Kingsland Farmers Market.
