Isn't it? It seems to me there would be a less complicated way of making the "meat" and it looks like a pain to clean. The chicken McNuggets in another video are made from bread, corn flakes and honey :-D

Mike Mozart is a hoot! I love him...should see what he's up to now. I haven't heard of Ashens, but I'll take a look. Thanks!
