It appears that Peaches, my cockatiel has an allergy to those little seed moths. I typically freeze the seed for a day or two to kill them before serving to the birds, but occasionally I forget. Whenever Peaches' eyes and eye area are red from irritation, I know I didn't freeze his seed. The allergy doesn't seem to affect his poo, just his eyes.
