White Chili

So, I found out about "white" chili recently as a family member cannot have tomato based or other acidic foods for awhile. Most comfort foods starts with a can of tomatoes in some form, drat!

A helpful MeFite told me about "white" chili that is usually made with turkey or chicken and is popular after Thanksgiving. Huh! Somehow this dish has eluded me and Facebook :-D
