Switched at the kennel

My penpal sent me this story about a man who got the wrong dog back from a kennel. Easy enough to do, but the kennel owner claims that there is no mix up. It seems to me (and my penpal) that you can tell from the photos that it's clearly a different dog. In a cage full of blue budgies I'd be able to spot Jill no problem!
