fairlyvanilla lent me the entire
Twilight saga and so far book one is under my belt. We've been having some pretty hot days, so there was nothing better to do than chill in the basement and read. I have to admit, I almost gave up. The book doesn't find its legs until about halfway through and the first half a dozen or so chapters were some of the worst words I've ever read. I was groaning in agony! However, I can see why the book would have such a huge appeal - Stephenie Meyer certainly gets her teenage audience and I have to admit some of the parts were Bella and Edward cement their relationship are rather steamy while remaining non-sexual. I suppose that's the strength of the book - so much passion is implied rather than stated. On to
New Moon.
