Tough Times in Ponyville Part II

Dear Citizens of Ponyville, Due to a recent labour shortage and budget shortfall, spooky tree removal has been put on hold indefinitely. Ponies are also advised to stay indoors or arm themselves with a trombone as Ponyville's ability to spray for parasprites is similarly affected. Regards, Mayor Mare My austerity plan hit a little hitch today when I realized that I needed those cheap jobs after all :-D The elements of harmony shards that they produce, specifically the laughter one, can be traded in for coins or used to combat parasprites. Ah, guess who had two big swarms of blue parasprites terrorizing Ponyville? :-D

Now I'm stuck between adding Fleetfoot to help with the labour shortage (67500) or finishing a quest by building a clock tower (70000). Usually the game is pretty good about keeping track of things done (such as building something or buying a pony before the quest comes up) but the clock tower I won in the balloon pop doesn't count. I can't even sell the darn thing either. Maybe I'll just have to sell the lemonade stand!
