You Are Not Alone
Nov. 22nd, 2020 07:19 amHi friends and strangers, yesterday I spent time texting with a friend whose close friend killed himself by his own hand last week. It was so sad.
As the seasons change and the likelihood of holiday gatherings is doubtful, this winter is going to be extra hard for folks. Conditions like Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) might be amplified along with other mental wellness concerns.
If you want to do something kind for others today, check in with friends and family. Isolation, stress and fear can take a silent toll on anyone at any age (I'm okay, by the way!)
