Handcrafted marshmallows?

How much would you pay for a box of handcrafted marshmallows? I was pondering the question this week when I saw a link for 8 gourmet marshmallows for $8.50US, but I found myself pondering a box of them in Williams Sonoma, where we were in search of a knife sharpener.
Fortunately there were still a few boxes of vanilla ones on the sale table, and while I might not pay $22.50Cdn for a box, I was willing to part with $3.99. They are tasty and good, but I can spend $22.50 on better things :-) I just can't imagine anyone pretentious enough to buy them at full price, but I'm sure they're out there.

"Three full days go into their preparation. Confectioners begin by cooking whisked egg whites and syrup together in copper kettles, then adding premium Madagascar Bourbon vanilla for extra sweet appeal. The airy mixture is poured onto table to cool and set. Finally, the confection is hand cut into perfect pieces that are individually dusted."
I'm surprised it doesn't begin with "Master confectioners" :-)
