Gram's Chicken Pot Pie, Updated

This simple recipe turned out surprisingly good and even earns the qualifier of "hearty". I used low fat cream of chicken soup, but I think any benefit was negated by the Pillsbury crescent roll dough I used as Sobeys was out of phyllo pastry. One of those crescent rolls is 110 calories, and I used two of them (two triangles make a rectangle) for each mini pie. I love my mini loaf pan :-) I had just enough filling for four pies, so lunch tomorrow is taken care of :-) I could see making this in a cupcake pan too.
