Chinese, no question. I had Chinese last night at a too-expensive too-American restaurant in Philly yesterday, and while savoring every last delicious bite I realized that I hadn't had Chinese in something like 2-3 weeks, and that's why I was relishing it oh so much.
Ohhh, I hate questions like this - there are so many delicious styles out there, it's pretty much impossible to nail it down to just one...
I'd have to have Chinese and Indian in my "Top Three", with the generic answer of "Bar-B-Q" wrapping it up. I'm reminded of the three-word commercial for "Armadillo Willy's Bar-B-Q Pit" back in Sunnyvale: "Meat, Fire, GOOD!" I think that about sums it up. :)
(I find myself suddenly craving a thick, juicey, BBQ'd steak!)
