Contrary to what Techcrunch wrote, it looks like LJ was not sold by SUP to Rambler&Co, it's more of a shift in management and marketing following a merger deal last year between ProfMedia and A&NN, uniting a slew of companies controlled by Afisha-Rambler and SUP.
