calzephyrMy Little Pony movie - deeeelightful! Four hooves up! I went with one of my brony friends and dragged my husband along too :-D He laughed in parts and said it was "Pretty goofy". I found it adorable. To be honest, I was really surprised by how much I cried in the movie. There's one point where Twilight Sparkle lets her friends down, which, for me, is the one thing that causes me a lot of stress and grief. Unlike a lot of children's movies, there were not a lot of jokes for adults, which I found strange.
Thor Ragnarok - Awesome! Exceptional! Ooooh! We watched it in 3D and it was really spectacular. I was really taken aback by how funny the movie was - we haven't watched the second Thor movie btw - and I really appreciated the GOTG levity it had going on as well as the 80s stylistic touches.
Murder on the Orient Express - not bad, not great. I had trouble staying awake. It was beautiful and well done, but just not very gripping.
